If they enforced a strict dress code, ladies in evening dress, gents wearing tuxedos and bow ties, they might weed out the undesirables.

Sandy, the Hooray Henry's and Henrietta's aren't averse to having a good old punch up. Was it 2018 or 2019 when a huge fight broke out at Royal Ascot? And we all know the dress code for that event.

Well Yes jno, but this is called a Carnival Cruise so I should imagine the passengers will dress as flamboyant as they like.

Cheap cruises attract the same clientele as cheap flights. Gone are the days when only the wealthy could fly or cruise.
There are still cruise lines that are unaffordable to most but that won't stop the likes of lottery millionaires and 'influencers'.
