Any help, please!
There are no letter counts.
I don't usually struggle so much with this quiz, so I am either missing the points - or I am getting old?

10. In the harbour of Denmark's Capital a few times (I have The Little Mermaid but not sure where 'a few times' comes into it?)
26. Sounds like they lost some sheep
27. Uses a bucket as a seat at the end
28. Can be found in Scotland and are from the future (I have seen it given as Dan Dare, but don't understand why?)
34. Should have bought the clothes pegs from the gypsy
36. He can appear in such places as Machu Pichu, Angkor, Kyushu and Egypt
46. Behind stuck in the middle of Galaxy's ends for a miner
60. In the first one bravo replaces papa

I've never had to ask for so many or got stuck on so many questions before and I'm sure that when I see the answers, I shall wonder why I even asked!!!
Thank you :o)

27 Er, me!!
10. Perhaps 'a few times' refers to the existence of both a prequel and a sequel to the original movie?
Question Author
Oh Goodgoalie, I did an image search on your avatar and I'm afraid to say that I have never heard of him. Now I've seen the cartoon, the question makes sense. Thank you - I would never have got it :o)
Question Author
Thank you Buenchico for the explanation :o)
60. what's your answer to Q1 ?
60 What do you have for the answer to question 1 as it maybe relevant?
46 Grumpy (dwarf was a miner) = rump in g(alax)y
Question Author
Sam 1960. Hades - the question was Ruler of the Greek Underworld
36 Korky (the cat) - hidden in the clue
60 Bluto (from Pluto)
I know Pluto was the Roman god rather than Greek, but replace p (papa) with B(bravo) gives Bluto (from Popeye). Suspect compiler's error!
34 Very iffy - Pepe Le Pew
(gypsy clothes pegs used in cartoons to stop the smells)
Question Author
JJ109 No wonder I am struggling - I have never heard of Bluto. I studied the places in 36 so much but I never saw Korky and maybe I should have got Grumpy.
Thank you so much :o)
28. I don't think Dan Dare is correct, but I don't know the answer! If it was"Dan Dare" the question would say "is" from the future and not "are" from the future.
28. dan dare (hidden in the clue)
Question Author
Oh Sam1960, I knew I would wonder why I asked! These are quite simple when the answers are put before you. Thank you for the explanation, I should have seen that as I should have seen 36, both in the clues! :o)
you're welcome
good luck
34 Boot from the Perishers?

//At first glance, Boot appears to be an old English sheepdog, and this is because he is, in fact, an old English sheepdog. Boot himself, however, believes that he is actually an eighteenth century English nobleman named Lord Boot, a veteran of an army regiment called O'Bunion's Intruders, who was cursed by a gypsy wench to spend the rest of his life on all fours, wrapped in a hairy skin, for refusing to buy her clothes pegs//
Question Author
ScorpioJo Thank you for that. I wouldn't have ever got it but I do remember The Perishers and have just read about them on Wikipedia - very interesting. Thank you :o)

I just need some help on 26 now - Sounds like they lost some sheep - I can't get Shaun the Sheep out of my head but I don't see how it is correct? :o(
26 Bo peep (from Toy Story)?
Question Author
Good idea Toorak, thank you.
I do wonder though as it says 'sounds like' and 'they' lost some sheep or am I being too picky? :o(
