Evri/ Hermes Contact?
6 Answers
Does anyone know of a way to actually contact this useless company?
I had notification of a delivery...handed to homeowner. I was in...no parcel. I'm number 1x upstairs ...GPS tracking showed delivery to number 15 downstairs ...it was delivered to number 11. Downstairs. Driver too damn "busy" to go up a flight of stairs.
There is nothing on their website for contacting...not surprised.

I have never had any trouble with this Company from whom I have regular deliveries. It all seems to rest on the calibre of the local courier. They seem to be poorly paid, and feedback from customers ignored. It seems a shame that diligent ones like my local one suffer from an unenviable reputation caused by the rogues.
The intransigent website factor is far from uncommon, especially prevalent amongst the banks.

I won't buy from companies who say they use Evri and I use the contact us area to tell them why they won't get the business. I have loads of problems because I live in a high rise and they ( and Amazon are even worse) just don't even try, just put it as couldn't gain access, or chuck it in the foyer where it can be picked up by anyone.
