2. Buxton Mountain Rescue Quiz 18. 60 questions Cryptic/General Knowledge/Anagrams of place names in British Isles containing an animal. £1 entry fee. Closing date is 31st October 2023. Note from setter: Please, no asking for online help before 21st October.

3. 100 brief questions all requiring a common 2 part answer. In aid of MAGPAS. £2 entry fee. Closing date is 23rd November 2023.

4. RNLI West Bridgford Branch. 30 not so general knowledge questions plus 30 pictures to identify. £2 entry fee. Closing date is 30th November 2023.

Closing in December 2023

5. AUTUMN quiz. in aid of the Romanian Aid Foundation. £1 entry fee. Closing date is 2nd December 2023.

6. Sibsey Bowls Club new roof. 60 questions - 30 answers contain the consecutive letters SI, BS or EY and 30 answers are places in Lincolnshire. £1 entry fee. Closing date is 9th December 2023.

7. Westerns. ShelterBox Quiz. £1.25 entry fee. Closing date is 25th December 2023.

Closing in January 2024

8. HIGHAM FERRERS. HIGHAM FERRERS quiz for Save the Children. £1.50 entry fee. Closing date is 10th January 2024.

9. A tour around the Scottish Borders. 70 questions (cryptic, anagram, GK, hidden in plain sight) that will lead you to towns or villages in the Borders. £1/£1.25 entry fee. Closing date is 13th January 2024.

Winter is Coming.  Raising money for Water Aid.  Transforming lives by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation. Answers are real or fictional people or animals who have a connection with the season of winter or with snow covered places.  Quiz sheets are a suggested minimum donation of £1.00. Prize of £10 for the entry with the most correct answers. In the event of a tie spellings will be taken into account and all correct entries will be entered into a draw. Prize of £5 will be selected at random from all entries.
