I know it's a bit late but that statement from Hunt is just a feeble attempt to claw back Labours' lead in the polls. The bankers for any previous chancellor were always fags and booze. Not as many on the fags now, so that's not much of an earner any more. No increase in the price of the demon alcohol, so it's yer motorist that will bear the brunt of bailing out the economy. Inflation is down, they say, but has anything gotten cheaper? Yep, sez you. Energy prices have come down. Well, woopy doo. What was done to prevent them from increasing in the first place? Nuttn. And disability? Disability?! There's no such thing under the Tories. It doesn't exist. If you can use a pen/keyboard/phone, then there's a job out there for you. Just where though is another question because many companies now don't want full time staff. Anyway, all you plebs shoulds be grateful when you get a job because you should give your employer his money back every week for going to the trouble of taking you on. In return, he will give you tins of dog food for you to feed your family, and they absolutey know that if they treat you like this, you will be extremely grateful. And the demon alcohol? Alcohol related issues cost this country 10 more than the effects of tobacco. Absenteeism; town centre violence; domestic violence; death on the roads; alcohol related illnesses etc. None of that can be blamed on tobacco. Apart from that, everything's fine thanks! 😊  Anyway, it's time for me brekkie. Full English. Am I allowed to say that? 😊

Like any other government would be better. There is no clear alternative, but even so probably best to try for some new option. Personally I'm voting Norwegian in the next GE.
