Need to find a gary rhodes recipe!!!

I need to find the recipe that gary rhodes did in his book "open rhodes around britain" It was the recipe with the pork and black pudding patties. Does anyone know it or know where I can find it on the Internet?

6oz black pudding

1 lb pork belly including fat - coarsley minced

2 small onions , finely chopped

1 clove of garlic, crushed

1/2 tsp chopped fresh sage

knob of unsalted butter

1 egg, beaten

1 thick slice white bread, crumbled

salt and pepper

...............................

cook the onions, garlic, sage in butter until soft.Cool. Add to the pork and crumbled black pudding, add egg and breadcrumbs, season. Shape into patties, pan fry for 6-7 mins each side.

Well.... I cooked it. And it was fantastic!!! You should all try it!!!! Even if you don't really like black pudding, just try it!!!

..must admit when I looked it up in my cookbook( and it was covered in dust! poor old Garry hasn't been out of the bookshelf for donkey's) it did look nice...but I'd def. have it without the black pud, some apple instead perhaps ....

honestly, keep it the way the gary says to. It's seems more of a flavouring than an ingrediant. I was critical of using it to begin with, as i'm not keen on what it's made of but it really does work. Personally I think that's pretty brave for a 15 year old to say she likes black pudding. Macdonalds have spies everywhere. hehehe
