Return costs
You are responsible for the cost of the return. We recommend using a shipping method with a track & trace system, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Please note that return charges start from GBP 15 for a small parcel; however, these charges may be higher for larger parcels. The return package should be sent to our address in China.
Return label
It is important to note that the return label is the customer's responsibility. Customers should download and print the return label themselves. Please ensure that you print and affix the return label correctly to the return package before returning it.
Exchange
We offer the option of exchange as soon as the return package reaches our warehouse in China. Once the returned item is received and checked with us, you can choose to exchange it for another item or size, subject to availability. Please contact us via our customer service team to start the exchange process and receive any further instructions.
Reimbursement
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by e-mail about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded via your original payment method. Depending on the policy of your bank or credit card company, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Exceptions
There may be situations where only partial refunds will be issued. Please note that there will be a charge if the returned item arrives to us and is damaged.
For any questions or comments about your specific item, we advise you to contact us before returning the product.

The blurb sounded wonderful, so I went ahead with the purchase. When I got the item I realised it had been wrongly described and their own label confirmed this. It was then that I found the returns policy was very similar to this. However as the item cost £80 I went ahead and returned it (tracked) at a cost to me of £20 thinking that I would only lose £60. Guess what? The company said they had not received it despite the tracking saying otherwise. I lost £100. Never again.
>>> did nt Julius Caesar say = caveat emptor
Unlikely, as the first recorded use of the phrase wasn't until 1523, when it appeared in a book on animal husbandry (rather than on law)!
I've bought plenty of goods direct from China (including, for example, an excellent Android tablet for just £50, including all delivery and import charges). However I'd still be very cautious about spending large amounts on items from China (or, indeed, buying clothing from there, where the size stated might not match up with UK sizing).
i purchased a car part online, turned out to be the wrong part. The return details were similar to your post. The sent a relatively small part out in a 4foot carboard box....i had to return it in the same packaging. The postage would have cost just as much as the part! I sold it on Ebay in the end, worked out less hassle and made a few quid in the process.
