don't know for sure, but SQ22, Singapore Airlines Singapore to New York-Newark, 18 hours plus, must be a good contender.

At one time it would have been PANAM flights PA001 and PA002, which were round the world - not nonstop of course.

The SQ22 mentioned must be among the longest non-stop flights - I don't think aircraft range extends much more. There are longer flights - but not non-stop, like London - Sydney

confirms the SQ flight as currently being the longest non-stop one

I beleive the new 777 Worldliner will be longest flight. It recently completed longest flight from Hong kong to London (I think) - and will be capable of flying direct from UK to Australia (but not back direct due to jet stream).
The flight mentioned by Fishkid was the "wrong way" round the world, which was why it was so special. It was a one off for invited guests and journos. Hong Kong from London the normal way is an everyday occurance.
Correct - I should have pointed that out. Flight was 12,500 miles in approximately 23 hours.

The Boeing 777 competes with the Airbus A340-500, which has a flight range of 10,380 miles.
I believe that a delivery flight of a Boeing 747 400series flew non-stop to Sydney from London. It had all the seats taken out and of course no passengers or cargo so wasable to do the full trip with full fuel tanks as the only extra weight .
