Planning on going to the big apple late this year can anyone recomend cheap travel agents to go with and any good but quite cheap hotels in time square?

The Best Western Presidents Hotel in Times Sq is nice and quite cheap. Your best bet is to look up somewhere like www.expedia.co.uk or www.onlinetravel.co.uk for cheap packages, hotels or flights

I stayed at the Milford Plaza, one block from Times Square in December. I booked the flights and hotel on the internet, but I should imagine that travel agents are pretty much of a muchness, so go into one and pick up a couple of brouchures, it will give you some guide prices.

leave last minute hun! me and my family was going to book in decemeber to go in may but it was going to cost over a grand!!! not good price on barmaids wages!!! my dad spent the day on the internet and now he is going for �600 and something pounds! but not taking me!!! (nice!)

went to new york in dec'04 and stayed in the time hotel just off time square., i loved it and so will you hun!!! have fun!!!

just got back from 5 nights at the milford plaza. booked through expedia.co.uk . a good site to visit is nycvisit.com you can order the official guide book which gives you price guides to hotels (most of which have web sites so you can book direct) i have this one and it is excellent. maps and everything. any more help just let me know.
