if i use a driving licence as id to fly in to ireland does it have to be a full licence or is a provisional licence accepted??need answers urgently please help!

You would need a phot driving licence, not sure if provsional would be acceptable but I do know it has to be photo id. Also, I fear you may need a passport to go to Dublin as Eire is not within the UK.
You don't need a passport to go to Dublin. You need photo ID though. I don't think that a provisional licence is acceptable. I would phone the airline you ar traveling with to check.

As long as you've got the photo drivers licence you should be ok
