The answer is almost certainly 'no'. Most inter-island travel is by air.
According to the official St Lucia Tourist Board website, the only ferry services from St Lucia are to Martinique, Dominica and Guadeloupe:

The equivalent site for Barbados makes no mention of inter-island ferries. To check, phone the Barbados Tourist Office, in London: 020 7636 9448
