1. When do you plan to do this?
2. How long do you have available?
If you are based in London and your parents will meet up with you there, perhaps you could arrange a coach tour in the UK first, then organise another one to continental Europe. However, if your parents will leave the tour in Spain (i.e. about half way through the trip) it might make the cost poor value for money.
May be difficult to arrange without the help of a travel agent to plan the route and return travel for you to UK.
For escorted tours, see: http://www.consorttravel.com/about/index.php for one example, but it may be easier to get a rail pass (one such supplierre: http://www.europeonrail.com/ and just make your own way round the countries you want to see, then leaving the family to make their own way home as you return. Rail is a safe and practical option, and gts you to the city centres, unlike some of the cheap flights which require some onward connections to the cities.
