Open toed shoes

Is it ok for a woman to wear open-toed shoes in Amman Jordan?

Didn't have any problems last year. Jordan is one of the more liberal Muslim countries. In fact, our guide thought we were a little over-cautious wearing long sleeved shirts and trousers. I think you'll only hit problems if you go out of the big cities.
