I am having cosmetic surgery abroad. I would like to know what I do about my passport picture because it will be different to the picture I go with. When I go I will look like a do now so the picture will be the same as it is now. But when I try to fly back my picture will be unrecognisable. Please can anybody tell me how to solve this problem or tell me what I have to do?

Do you hold a British passport? If so, when coming back to the UK, Immigration should be OK with some kind of documentation about your surgery, and will just advise you to get a new passport ASAP.

To be on the safe side you could ask the surgeon to write a letter, and sign a photo of the new you, confirming that it is you.

I do have a British passport. Just worry about the problems when I leave USA becuase I have been told that they are strict with Passports in USA.
