My neice is wanting a cheap flight to either Slovenia, Croatia or Hungary during the next few weeks. Does anyone know a cheap flight web site or has anyone got advice on places she "must see" when out there. Thanks in advance

Your neice's best option might be to consider Ryanair's flights from Stansted to Balaton. I've just tried some random dates in August and come up with a return price (including taxes & charges) of 158.22

Easyjet fly to Ljubljana (Slovenia), Budapest (Hungary) and Rijeka/Split in Croatia.
Ljubljana is from Stansted......
I would recommend you check out the Easyjet website as I'm not sure which UK airports they fly from. As Buenchico said, the flights are unlikely to be exceptionally cheap.
Now I need to check out Buenchico's suggestion.

We went Easyjet to Slovenia last year, it's a gorgeous country and great cakes! Also must sees are Lake Bohinj, Vintgar Gorge and Triglav National Park. I wouldn't want to do it without a car.
Depends which part of Croatia she would want, but we are going to the south next month and couldn't get any budget airlines. Globespan go to Pula in the north.

There is a picture postcard pretty castle within easy reach of Ljubljana - I can't recall the name of it but any info/guide person/place should be able to tell you, well worth visiting. This is just in the foothills of the eastern Alps. There is a nice open market in the town at least once a week (or used to be), also worth a wander, especially for things like forest mushrooms of enormous variety.
