I am organising a one night golf break for a dozen people and want somewhere south of brum, no further than Northampton eastwards and north of London. ( ie oxfordshire, gloucs, worcs, avon, northants i guess) I dont want one of these cheap hotel deals where you are locked into the hotel / leisure complex miles from anywhere and would rather be in a town with some life. I need a good deal from a hotel and a couple of good courses nearby. Preferably a package deal coming in under �150 b&b and 36 holes inc. Help appreciated preferably from someone who has done a break and can recommend it. Thanks.
