No. The lockers were removed a while back. There are left luggage facilities though by the platforms at some stations - inc Euston. - costs about �4 for 24 hrs per item (site here for operator: http://www.bta.org.uk/uk/links/external/excess baggage.htm )

There is a left luggage facility in Waterloo mainline station.
