Nowhere in the northern hemisphere will be really hot in late November unless you get into the equatorial zone. Otherwise, you'd have to travel to the southern hemisphere for some hot weather. Neither 'equatorial' or 'southern' destinations will offer really cheap prices. Your best chance of getting a bargain price would probably be to consider somewhere like Cuba. You can check out the average weather conditions for the end of November by consulting the second table here:

I've just tried a few random websites. Prices for Cuba, in late November, seem to start at around 650 for 7 nights or 850 for 14 nights.
Slightly nearer to home (and possibly slightly cheaper) but not as hot as Cuba, you could also consider Sharm el Sheikh, in Egypt.

i been to both cyprus and tenerife in november and december and both places were hot during the day. The only thing you have to be careful about in the canaries is that on some island (especcially tenerife) if you are in the north of the island the weather is a lot colder and cloudier in the winter. Also both cyprus and the canaries go dark quite early in those months. by 5 pm it is normally dark but temperature during the day was hot, but it is hit or miss like any holiday you take.
