I hoping to go on holiday to eurodisney next year sometime in summer. It will be with a friend & her 2 children who will be 3 & half and 2 years old.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best hotels for kids of that age & whos best to book with.

I took my kids to the explorers hotel nothing special, but was clean and staff friendly, you are not in hotel long enough for anything else anyway! It was self-service breakfast which we made sure we had plenty of before going out to the parks. There was a pool (we didn't have time to waste there) and a large ship for the kids to climb on and staff to supervise the kids all in the peter pan theme. The free shuttle bus is great for getting to and from the parks, and is picked up right outside the hotel. But don't pay the extra to have balcony view rooms not what we expected, and don't pay for any arrival packs for kids they were rubbish, better to put the money to something they choose instead. we traveled with Ledger and had a great service with them.
By the way wild west show is good but the food provided at the show is rubbish, and not cheap.
Have a great time we did and would go back again anytime even though the kids are 18,17&14.

The Holiday Inn http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/hi/925/en/hd/ pardi?_requestid=1153152) is reasonably priced and has large, clean rooms. There is a swimming pool with a separate kids pool ad indoor and outdoor play areas. The restaurant caters for children and buses run to and from the parks every 10 minutes.
If you are driving or travelling by eurostar there is no need to book a package - it works out cheaper to book the hotel and ferry/tunnel separately and direct.
If you decide to fly be aware that transfers from the airport usually stop in the evening and taxis are very expensive.
