i am wanting to take out holiday insurance - online i can get a good deal, but i am waiting for a scan to see if i have an ulcer, should i tell the insurer?

I am on tablets and it is not giving me any trouble.

If you don't he is entitled to refuse claims based on the undeclared condition.
So either declare it or wait until the scan says all clear.
In theory You should notify your insurer of any pre existing conditions, I have an ulcer myself but have never considered it something serious enough to mention, Even though I know its something that will give me grief on holiday due to all the food and drink, I dont see it as a condition thats likely to need serious medical attention.
