Saying YES at Airport check ins
5 Answers
What ACTUALLY happens when someone says yes at check in when we are asked if we are carrying something that belongs to someone else or if someone else packed our luggage? Its just I will be going to meet a mate in Oz soon and my mates bro has asked me to take a few bits over and I just wanna know the outcome of my honesty
Please note, I am not asking this because I plan on doing anything stupid and waste staff's time, I'm not asking this for anything other than curiosity

What they mean by when asking that question is: "Has anybody (you dont know) asked you to take anything for them"...thats all it means. I imagine that many travellers take stuff for other people, the airport authorities dont want to know this, as long as you know that what you are carrying for them is safe and harmless.
hi some of below is true...
if u say yes to that question u will not be escorted by armed guards...
u might be sent somewere else and be present when bag is being security checked..
but mainly as long as u know what u have been given and it is not wrapped unless by u....
so if u r honest u will be ok.
