veggies in paris???

Hubby and I are off to Paris at the end of the month and have heard that vegetarians like us might find vegetarian restaurants a rarity.
Does any ABer know of some (or any) near the Gard du Nor?
We'd really like to eat something other than salads - even though we do like them!

I only know of one - Piccolo Teatro, which is off rue de rivoli, between chatelet and bastille, a few streets back from the north bank of the Seine.
