Indian visa

Is it possible to get a 5 year visa for India, I have been told it is cheaper than a yearly one and we do go to Goa every year.
Also how do I down load the visa forms/ help appreciated.

I will answer this myself in case anyone else needs to know.
You can only get a 5 year visa if you were born in India and have changed nationality.
You can get a 2 year visa though.
