Cigarette limitations from Greece

Hi. I'm due to travel to either one of the Greek isles or mainland Greece and was wondering what the legal limit of cigarettes was that you can bring back legally?

As many as you like as long as you declare them and pay UK duty on them.

Without paying duty I believe it's 3200

theoretically, it's unlimited as long as Greek duty has been paid and they are for personal use.
However, UK customs give a guideline figure of 3200, above which they are more likely to suspect that you're smuggling, rather than stocking up for yourself.
