I have noticed of late, driving around the city, the amount of black-cab drivers who have developed the nauseating tendecy to have the names of their offsprimgs daintilly painted in gold on the bootlids of their cabs More often than not each name is neatly 'winged' by a set of exclamation marks, though God alone knows why, perhaps this is perceived as touch of class?
Any Glasgow cabbies out there: why do you do this? Is it a superstition?
