Weird Beer advert

Mid 1990's Beer advert which started with a flies-eye-view of a resteraunt, and the fly flies into an old womans soup, who calls the waiter 'waiter, there's a fly in my soup' and the waited says 'Flies? I love flies' and his tounge whips out like a frogs and eats it, and he turns into a frog and a bunch of other weird stuff happens. Can you remember it? What was it for, and where can it be viewed?
