going to cyprus tomorrow

I'm going for 5 days - my passport runs out in January 07, will I be OK to travel? Also, I booked my flights online with Thompson yesterday and they've sent me confirmation emails etc but what about tickets? There's no mention of collecting them on arrival...will my booking confirmation emails be OK?

This quote is from the ThomsonFly website:
"When can I expect to receive my tickets?
Your booking confirmation will detail the documents that you need for travel, as some of our routes are 'ticket-less', whilst others require a ticket. This will be clearly explained on your confirmation."
Read the confirmation e-mail. If (as is likely) it makes no reference to tickets, then the route will be 'ticketless'. i.e. the e-mail effectively serves as your ticket.
If the e-mail specifies that you require tickets, then you should contact ThomsonFly to check which service agent at the airport will be holding them for you to collect. Phone 0870 1900 737.
