My daughter and her fiance are considering moving to Australia.

He has a recent conviction for drink driving (July 2004) and a separate Procurator Fiscal Fixed Penalty Fine for Breach of The Peace (also 2004).

Are these matters likely to prevent him from getting a resident visa?
