Ive heard its expensive in miami, could someone please give me an idea of how much i would need to take for 2 weeks, i m gunna save up bout 1000 which is nearly 2000 dollars, is that enough, cos ive just read a review about a club called mansion sayin you may need to drop $500 for a good time!!! I just wanna knows bout food, drink and club costs. Please give me some ideas. Thanx!xx

I was in Miami for two months earlier this year. It is a wonderful city and you will really enjoy it and have a great time.

Miami is like any large city and can be as cheap or expensive as you'd like it to be! And yes at some of the upmarket clups you would need to drop $500 for a good time, there is one place that would cost you $300 for a game of ten-pin bowling!

Overall Miami is a city that caters for everyone and almost every budget. If you feel the need to life the high life with the stars for a couple of weeks then take a lot of money!

In terms of food prices, you can get a perfectly good meal for about $10 and for drinks was typically paying about $5 - $8 in a club, there are lots of people along the beachfront at times giving out peromotion flyers for clubs that night, and watch the banners on the planes flying along the beach for the nights hottest spot!
