Reykjavik (if that's spelt right) in Iceland
Greenland has been under home rule since 1979, though it is still dependent on Denmark for matters of foreign policy etc. As a result, some people would claim that its major settlement, Nuuk (ex Godthab), qualifies as a 'capital', too. It lies at 64 degrees 10 minutes north which is exactly the latitude of Reykjavik. Bearing in mind the information above...take your pick!
