i want to have a party for my husband in october 2007. but i am not sure if i should book a room or hold it in my yard ? is there any way of knowing the weather

Depends. If you're in the Atacama desert, it will be dry. If you're in a rainforest it will rain.

It wil be fine till about 10am, then a light drizzle till lunch time.

The afternoon will be sunny but the evening will be cool but it should be pleasant enough to sit outside.

Id book a room personally as having it in your yard is way too much cleaning up!
