Nope ... went for xmas, and it's no problem ...drink bottled water and you'll be fine

Need in the sense of needing them to get in the country and home again - no.

Advised : Courses or boosters usually advised: tetanus; poliomyelitis; hepatitis A; typhoid.
Vaccines sometimes advised: diphtheria; hepatitis B; tuberculosis; rabies.

I suspect most people going to a package resort don't bother.
