Do you need vancinations for Mexico's?

The only significant health risk for travellers, which is identified on the World Health Organisation's website, is malaria. This is endemic in certain parts of the country but not others. See here for details:

There's plenty of useful advice about travelling in Mexico on the Foreign & Commonwealth Office website. This includes reminders about such things as not putting ice in your drinks (because its usually made from tap water, which is best avoided):

I would also check in Lonely Planet, as they have a medical section.

A final option would be to see a tropical diseases doctor, your local GP should know who the nearest is.

I went to Yucatan Peninsula and travelled extensively there last year, and I didn't have any vaccinations or medication.
