Usually though the earlier you book the cheaper your flights. We went to Barcelona last year for 14.99 outward, 99p return, but we did book a few months in advance. Also note that Ryanair (and possibly Easyjet) require you to contact them before booking if one of you is disabled. Good luck.

You could try a site like Skyscanner for current cheap offers. I don't know where you're wanting to fly from, but for the destinations you mention BMI Baby are very reasonably priced and good value; I use them a lot (but then I only live 10 mins away from Birmingham Airport), and for an example I've just booked return flights to Prague in June at 11 each way. You do have to be farly flexible about the days you can travel, though; weekends especially can be pretty pricy. Flybe are also a good bet - again, good value for money.
