how much would you expect to pay for a taxi from Kings Cross to waterloo station london?

Just a quick post to back up Maxi2's post.

A taxi from Waterloo to Liverpool Street (which is about the same distance as to Kings Cross, possibly slightly less) usually costs me around �12, so '�12 to �15' is probably a realistic estimate for the journey.

many thanks guys but travelling on eurostar for a budget holiday - think i will take a tube. this cheap gettaway seems to be adding up somewhat !
