As long as you have a full licence holder accompanying you whilst driving.....

If you mean using it as an ID, ask your airline - they all have different rules about what they will accept. However I'd guess yes, since Ryanair who are likely to be the most restrictive just say 'A valid driving licence with photo' with no mention of full or provisional.

Yes, but they won't let you pilot the plane if you only have a provisional licence.

I mean this kindly, you must be Irish because you have not stated whether you will drive or fly, presume you thought we would all know ?
dont think an airline will accept a provisional though, does it have photo id on it ? its the photo likeness they need.
