Not totally certain, but it looks as though they stop running from May thru September

All though theoretically you can, the cruise companies don't tend to start Panama cruises until end Oct/start Nov when it is the end of the rainy season, so that all the passengers don't get wet!! Be assured, it is plenty hot enough in November...about 35C the day I went through. Certainly a great trip and a real experience.
