'Responsible travel' eh?

I've dived at 'Dolphin House reef' off Marsa alam in Egypt, and witnessed the boats disgorging the scores of trippers to thrash around in the water, chase the dolphins, and half drown themselves. Responsible? Utterly depressing more like.
