http://www.events.ex.ac.uk/tentors/ is the 'official' site with the locations of the manned Tors on this link, but you will need to check with the organisers about the maps to use - OS Landranger will be the likely ones to get for the area - maps 191, 192 and 202 cover Dartmoor area.
