Anyone good idea about cheapest and reliable car hire for 11 days abroad. Picking up from airport etc - 6 people but really need 2 cars or a car that will accommodate 6 but thats hard with the baggage etc getting to and from airport?

Just hired a Renault Trafic - Nine seater in Nice with Avis it had room for four kids with booster seats and four adults in comfort and all the baggage too. Cost about 300 euro for 5 days - it always sounds expensive but for the convenience and when you divide the cost up - works out well.

if you don't like queueing at the airport, try not to use budget airline partners (eg hertz at ryanair destinations)

I normally travel to Lithuania and I've always used http://www.car-hire-centre.co.uk/ - quick and easy way to find out the cheapest deal.
