It varies - some send as soon as you book, some only a few days before you go.

You'll need to look in the brochure for yours.

If they are flight tickets, then it is usually about ten days before you are due to fly.

Well I'm going to Poland with Page and Moy on Friday and I'm still waiting for my docs!!!! Our local independant travel agent wouldn't take my booking because she said their administration was poor, she appears to have been proven right.
