Over 20 years ago, I bought a couple of mosquito repellers from the People newspaper. It is about 2 inches long and about half an inch across. It is electronic and the idea is that it emits a buzzing noise that deters mosquitos, therefore, no bites. It has a little clip on the side so that you can clip it to your clothing. One of them is still working but I wopuld like to buy a couple more. My hubby reacts badly to mossy bites. Twice having to go to hospital, the second time being put on a drip. My Q is, does anyoneknow where I can purchase these from please?
I've had one for the past 6 years or so and really believe they work though scientists say not!
Spraying clothes with special repellent is essential in malaria infested countries though, as the repellent wouldn't be enough.
I had many a holiday spoiled due to bites and swelling but not to having to go to hospital thank goodness.
Happy holidays.
When clicking onto the link I actually saw the price with postage !! heavens what a rip off. I'd ask any of your friends going through airports in the next few weeks to look out for them as that was where I bought mine at a fraction of the price.
