Sorry, I don't know of any comparative listings but I can personally recommend the Arlington Hotel; it is slap bang in the centre next to O'Connell Bridge and is very reasonable (they often have special offers):

yes i was looking for hotels too in ireland,
i found this web site very good.

there are links on that site for all different hotels and what requirements you want.
