myself and my partner, have recently been to court over a common assault claim and abh claim, i was proven not guilty, and my mrs was guilty of common assault,
we are supposed to go to america in august and is to late to apply for a visa, would it be worth trying to get into america without the correct visa??
what happens if they ask the question have we ever been arrested?
can they check our criminal record over there?
