glasgow to aviemore
I'm driving from Glasgow to Aviemore next week and was just checking rac.com and theaa.com for a rough guide to how long it'd take. I've been before but can't for the life of me remember how long... Anyway, RAC say 3 1/2 hours and the AA say 2 1/2. Anyone got any idea which is right?? This seems a ridiculous difference, considering they both suggest the same route!

Probably M80 Stirling and then A9 is easiest. Pretty route though from west side is via Crianlarich / Pitlochry
Either case allow the 2+ hours or so - unless you are behind a caravan................roads are getting busier now as holidaymakers get out and about..

Split the difference and call it around 3 hours.
