Nice-South of France

Hello ABers,
I am going to Nice in October and I am trying to book an apartment. Any good suggestions?

Also, what is the weather usually like in October? Should I expect to come home with a tan?

October in Nice is very pleasant but not usually Tanning weather.

I'll be there at our apartment nr Cannes from 12th Oct - we usually go around this time. there's a very good website - Owners Direct. we advertise on it and it works.
