going out in London

my friend and I (2 females) are going down to London to see Sound of Music at the London Paladium. Can anyone recommend somewhere nearby where we should go after the show on a Saturday evening. We are looking for a fun place where we could perhaps get something light to eat and then perhaps drink and dance until the early hours! Many thanks

Have a look at this place - I haven't been there but have seen it and it always looks buzzy. You can walk there in 10-15 mins from the Palladium or can get a bus on Regent street near the theatre down to the Haymarket - about 3 stops.

Hope you enjoy the show. I took my 8yr old grandaughter last oct with my friend & her 2 teenage grandaughters and all 3 of them never stopped singing the songs all night. We had to make them be quiet when it got to 11.3o because we thought we would be thrown out of the hotel if someone complained. They were so excited. taking them to see Joseph & Grease this year.
