If a company has limited carparking spaces and ask temp and contract staff to park elsewhere, is this class and discrimination or something similar?

But I also worked for an enlightened progessive US company. Thier policy was first come first served, so if tea boy got in before director, he got parking space. It worked very well, they got lots of free unpaid overtime from their London based staff!
