just got back from paleo in corfu, it was lovely. ready to bk for 08 now, thinking of kassiopi in corfu or katelios in kefalonia or rethymnon???? any suggestions????

Kassiopi is very nice and so is Rethymnon. I would go back to both places tomorrow if I could. Kassiopi is smaller than Rethymnon and fairly quiet but there is a lot more to do in Crete and it is a much bigger Island if you like to explore.

Thomson do a package to kalima bay very quiet there good food and booze . very hilly not for the less abled of us but the views are brill . when i win the lotto i will retire there . dreeeeeeeem on !.

I am from the UK but live in Greece. I would agree100% with Hawkwalks suggestions.I have stayed in Rethymnon and Kassiopi and both are beautiful. One thing I,d like to mention is the sea at Kassiopi is full of large stones and they are very sharp,I could even feel them threw my Sea shoes. That is the only thing I didn,t like about Kassiopi. In the end we just used the local Pools at the hotels.
