Weather
Are there any sites where I'd be able to check long-range weather forecasts? I'd ideally seek to find temperaures in Tenerife, Cyprus and Malta for the second week of October.

In fact, the reliability of forecasts much more than 5 days ahead is usually little better than guesswork. So you won't find any meaningful forecasts yet for the second week in October.
However, the average weather (for a particular time of year) is known from historical records, and so it will provide a good indication of the type of weather you might expect.
Typical daytime maximums in Malta (in the 2nd week in October) are around 24C, falling to about 17C overnight. Malta usually sees around 89mm of rain throughout October (which is more than London's average of 74mm).
In Cyprus, you'll find highs of around 27C, falling to 14C at night. There's only around 23mm of rain throughout the month.
Tenerife has average daily maximums around 26C. Evening strolls should be more pleasant than in Malta or Cyprus because the overnight temperature typically falls to a pleasant 20C. There's hardly any rain in October, with an average monthly rainfall of just 10mm.
